Services

  • An initial intake assessment for therapy is a standard 45-50 minute session, aimed at confirming fit, as well as initiating an assessment of specific symptoms, diagnostic information, and treatment needs, to inform development of a comprehensive case conceptualization and treatment plan.

If it is ultimately determined that we are not of fit, based on your specific needs and the specialty services provided, relevant referrals will be provided.

  • Individual therapy sessions are typically standard 45-50 minute therapy sessions focused on providing evidence-based treatments chosen based on treatment goals and needs.

While 45-50 minute sessions are standard, in special circumstances, we may collaboratively decide that your goals may be better supported by 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions based on treatment needs and complexity.

  • For clients pursuing certain medical interventions, such as spinal cord stimulators, bariatric surgery, transplant, etc., medical providers and insurance companies often require a psychological evaluation as a pre-requisite. These evaluations typically include a psychological interview, administration of relevant psychological and behavioral assessments, records review, and report writing.

  • Clinicians at various levels of training require a licensed psychologist to provide supervision. Typically, this includes practicum students, doctoral graduates requiring a year of supervised practice for licensure, and licensed psychological associates (LPA). I offer supervision at all three of those levels, assuming fit with my expertise and supervisee interest. If this is of interest to you, please reach out via email or through the form in the "Contact" tab. I would be happy to set up a phone call to discuss details!
